Dr. Nahar Al Azemi, secretary General of Saudi Health Council, more than 24 years’ experience in hospital operations and clinical practice. He has been a Family Physician for Twenty (20) years. Gained MBBS from King Saud University and later achieved a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland and an Executive Master of Healthcare Administration (EMHA) from Washington University, St. Louis, USA. Saudi Board in Family Medicine (SBFM) as well as the Arab Board in Family Medicine (ABFM). As a former Assistant Deputy Minister for Hospital Affairs at the Ministry of Health, KSA, broad perspective on healthcare including healthcare strategy, planning, commissioning and operations. Served in several leadership roles.

Eng. Hashem Abu Baker
General Director NHIC

Digital transformation Leader for the Saudi Arabian Healthcare landscape. He has held multiple roles within the Saudi Arabian Government.  As the General Director of the National Health Information Center, Eng Hashem Abu Baker is on the forefront of the Vision 2030 goals for Healthcare. He is currently the key sponsor the establishment of the unified health platform as well as the National Lab for Emerging Technologies in Healthcare.

Dr. Shada Alsalamah
MIT Media Lab

Assistant Professor of Healthcare Information Systems Security at the College of Computer and Information Science, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. She is currently a Visiting Scholar in the Media Lab, MIT, MA, USA. She is the founder and Vice President  of the mHealth Solutions Division, AnmarIT, Saudi Arabia. In 2016 she established a Female Chapter of CoEIA that serves as the first information security entity in the region that involves women.

Dr. Amal Dokhan

Leading the Ministry of Health VRO Model of care center of excellence for the Saudi transformation of healthcare through 2000 Pathways. Amal offers multiple workshops and lectures on Design Thinking following the Stanford school methodology. She previously held the title of Director of The BABSON GLOBAL Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (BGCEL) in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.

Eng.Noor Al Othaim

As one of the first employees of the National Health Information Center, Noor has set up and is leading the project management office at NHIC looking after more than 40 Projects worth 100+ Mio SAR. During her tenure she has overseen projects for digital transformation, patient experience, EHR and policy definition. Noor has a track record of pushing emerging technologies into healthcare. Most recently she was part of the MedChain team that won the first prize in the MIT Hackathon.
